RESEARCH AREAS IN MULTIFUNCTIONAL MATERIALS:
Shape-Memory Alloys, Multifunctional Polymers, Nastic Materials, Materials for fuel cell systems and batteries, Additive Manufacturing, Materials Design and Infomatics, Adaptive Electronics.
10-week summer program: May 28 – August 2, 2019
On-campus housing and travel support
GRE training sessions and professional development seminars
Poster session with 150+ students from different REU programs
Application review begins on March 1, 2019 and decision notifications are on a rolling basis.
