Welcome to Student Creativity Center at the UCLA Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science!
HISTORY & PURPOSE
The Student Creativity Center, located on the 2nd floor of Boelter Hall, is a place for students to create, design, build, disassemble and re-engineer devices and gadgets of their own imagination. During the academic year, the Center will provide space to our affiliated student organizations with a primary focus of creating a synergistic-space for them to work on technical projects. Over the summer, the space will be used for School of Engineering programs.
Through the years, the SCC has expanded to include 14 rooms, a meeting space, multi-purpose courtyard space, and 3 garage-storage spots. Additionally, the UCLA Engineering Makerspace is adjacent to the Student Creativity Center, providing assessibility to tools and materials needed for technical work.
