SWE-LA wants to invite your SWE collegiate sections to join us for a tour of the Port of Long Beach.
HUGE OPPORTUNITY! Come take a harbor tour aboard a 120 passenger vessel and learn of the engineering jobs that go into keeping the Port of Long Beach fully functional and renowned as one of America’s premier seaports. The second busiest seaport in the USA, the Port supports more than 30,000 jobs in Long Beach, 316,000 jobs throughout Southern California, and it generates $16 billion in annual trade-related wages statewide. Limited to 80 SWE members and guests.
