Under the general supervision of the Information Security team, the Associate Information Security Analyst will perform the following:
- Assist the Information Security Team with the daily remediation of ServiceNow tickets in support of campus information security operations (compromised credentials, network and system vulnerabilities)
- Review service requests to determine severity, evaluate and resolve basic user credential issues, analyze suspicious account activity, and provide support to users in relation to information security matters
- Review and address malware notifications
- Participate in various information security initiatives including risk assessments, awareness and education, multi-factor authentication, and more
- Communicate security updates and information via our website and social media platforms
