By using our system during your industry event (e.g. Career Fair, Company Info Session), the Samueli School of Engineering can have more information on student involvement in career-oriented opportunities. This valuable data will contribute to the school’s goal of helping engineering students who want participate in either a research or an internship (or both!) by the time of graduation.
If you are an Engineering organization that hosts industry events and would like to use our system for registration, please follow the steps below:
- Please fill out the FORM at least a week before your industry event.
- Wait for a confirmation email from the Engineering Student Resource Center around two days after completing the reservation form. This email will include the attendee registration details.
- After the event, Engineering Student Resource Center will email your organization the complete list of attendees.
