Our event has a structured itinerary that begins in the morning and goes through the afternoon. 

Please grab a bite prior to arrival or pack a snack for the morning.  Lunch will be provided in the department sessions, but timing varies. 

Dress comfortably, there will be some walking around.

ARRIVAL

(If you have been invited to the CEED or Fast Track Session, please arrive by 7:30AM)
The day will begin with a General Session in Royce Hall promptly at 9:00 A.M.  Doors will open at 8:30 am.   Los Angeles traffic is legendary, so please allow yourself plenty of time to arrive.
The Coffee House in Kerchkoff Hall will be open at 7:00 so if you end up arriving early, you can grab some coffee.  Just note that no food or drinks are allowed in Royce Hall, so have time to finish it before the 9am start.

UCLA Engineering Ambassador Tours

Meet our UCLA Engineering Ambassadors!  They will be offering tours of Engineering and provide you more about our facilities, answer questions, and share their experiences. Starting point is at the front of Boelter Hall, near the Student Group Fair.   Tours will be on-going until 3:30.
You are advised to wear comfortable shoes.

Engineering Student Organizations Fair in the Court of Sciences

Talk to student leaders and discover first hand what some of the many Engineering Student Organizations have to offer you.  Getting involved is critical to your success at UCLA.  We have 44 clubs and  over 80 projects with a wide range of interests and levels of involvement.  We invite you to check out as many as you want and find the best fit for you!

UCLA Samueli Makerspace Open House

1:00-4:00pm in Boelter Hall 1805 and 2808

Here, students can build personal projects, hold group activities such as workshops and hackathons, and participate in a robot hockey league. The space is supervised by trained student staff members, and is open, free of charge, to all UCLA students.

SEASnet Computer Labs will be open for viewing
