Description:
The Technical Sales Engineer I initiates, maintains and expands relationships with strategically important customers. The TSE is responsible for achieving the sales plan and assigned strategic account objectives. The Technical Sales Engineer represents the entire range of company products and services offered by Hyperstone while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. The Technical Sales Engineer reports to the US Vice President of Sales.
Responsibilities:
-Meet Hyperstone’s sales and design win objectives
-Develop, implement and lead specific sales strategies for each customer to achieve the design win and revenue goals of the company.
-Monthly forecast preparation and responsibility
-Provide input to Marketing and Management for New Product Development
Job Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be a technically competent, high-energy individual,
who is innovative, and customer focused. Must be proficient at finding new
customers and driving new opportunities.
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
Experience in semiconductor sales or applications with a concentration in the
embedded/industrial storage including (e)USB, SD, uSD, CF, SATA and
eMMC
Must be authorized to work in the United States
In depth knowledge and understanding of embedded/industrial storage
designs and how they relate to our controller products
Location Southern California

and close this new business
Ability to establish and maintain personal relationships at all levels within key
customers
Ability to effectively acquire and communicate market information to all levels
of the internal organization and to the customer

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
