Engineering students from Society of Women Engineer (SWE) sections at local universities will be paired with an engineer working in their area of study and spend the morning seeing first-hand what a typical day as an engineer is like. Students will have an opportunity to talk with more engineers at lunch and will hear a prominent leader, who is a woman, speak. Following lunch, the students will be given a tour of the engineering and manufacturing facilities at Raytheon. Goodie bags will also be provided and photos will be taken.
