Master Inventory List

Most all SCC Rooms has been provided furnishings by the School and is the property of the School. It is the responsibility of the organization to maintain the property in it’s original operating function. Do not write on the furnishings or affix any stickers or permanent things. Your organization will be charged for any furnishings that are missing, defaced, or are not operational due to mishandling or unintended use. Here is a link to the Master Inventory List where you can find items assigned to your rooms.

AY application for SCC Space Use will be available in Winter 2022.

 

Things to Note about the SCC

  • Please keep the event space outside the SCC clear – no storage.  Please keep these areas cleared.  You may use this space; but, it must be cleared daily.  Weekly inspections will be made and items left will be disposed.
    • Main Meeting Room between AIAA, ASME and Bruin Racing

    • Small Conference Room near SW Boelter Hall elevator

    • 2nd Floor Courtyard

  • Do not prop exterior doors open.

  • Do not prop 2nd Floor Boelter Hall on the north side open.

  • No automobiles may be parked in the 2nd Floor Boelter Hall Courtyard.

  • Do not release toxic fumes (including auto exhaust) near the 2nd floor intake fans located in the 2nd floor Courtyard.

  • Set-up a regular cleaning and dispose of trash – you never know when a donor is coming into your space.

  • Replace bollards near entrance to courtyard if you remove them.

  • EH & S walks the campus daily – so be mindful of what you are doing.
