ELC is co-hosted by ESUC and the Dean of the School of Engineering. The purpose of this event is to enhance leadership skills and promote communication between student leaders of engineering organizations at UCLA. A significant portion of the event consists of a discussion typically lead by a panel composed of individuals from industry as well as UCLA alumni. Our ESUC representative, Sayonika Mohanta, will pose several questions to both the panelists and the audience.
